How I Used Deep Page Monitors & What Information I Got
I set up page monitors to keep track of pages that I felt would provide valuable information in developing this site. The intent was to get the latest information without having to watch a number of pages.
Initially, I only set up page monitors on important sites that had no RSS feeds. The results, unfortunately, were lackluster. Many of the valuable and trustworthily sites I utilized were government sites, which were infrequently (if ever) updated or provided RSS feed (to which I subscribed). Even when they were updated, the updates did not provide any substantial or relevant information.
I then tried to use page monitors to capture news information from organizational based websites (like the Nuclear Energy Institute) that did not have any feeds set up, however this effort was also largely unsuccessful.
Finally, I set up monitors for a number of sites (including Wikipedia sites) and sent myself results daily, hoping to get some usable results. Nonetheless, most of what I got was changes not worth mentioning.
That being said, I did get a few results and posted images of them below (most them came from Wikipedia). They're not particularly useful, but here for your reference nonetheless…

My Evaluation of Page Monitors
Page monitors were not useful in collecting information for this site. I got very few results (especially when compared to other sources) and only one or two useful results. On a scale of 10, I would give page monitors a 2 and would not recommend using them to further research alternative energy.
